Great location near Taksim metro station and Istiklal street. Very helpful staff. Clean rooms with nice Bosphorus view. Free WiFi with good signal. Good room service and tasty food. Convenient access to metro, ferry station, restaurants, shops, malls, and more. 24-hour reception and English-speaking staff

Felt very cared for, no reason to complain

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - very close to Taksim Square and the metro station, making it easy to explore all the attractions in the area. The breakfast buffet was delicious and a great way to start the day. The staff, especially Cihan and Sinan, were friendly and were great too ensure we were satisfied. They made us feel valued and taken care of.
